How much does a wedding DJ cost in Quebec City?
The price varies depending on what your wedding needs, for example whether your venue already provides the sound system, microphone and lighting, or whether I bring the full equipment. Tell me about your wedding in the quote form and I'll send you a tailored price.
How far in advance should we book a wedding DJ?
As early as possible. Contact me as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed to check my availability.
Can you do the announcements in English?
Yes. We can plan everything in English, and I can make the announcements in English, in both French and English for a bilingual wedding, or in Spanish.
Can you play the music for the ceremony?
Yes: the processional, the signing of the register and the recessional. We choose the songs for each of these moments together.
Do you provide a microphone for speeches and vows?
Yes, with the full package: a wireless microphone is provided for the vows, speeches and thank-yous. The microphone is not included in the DJ and MC package.
Can you play our first dance and other special dances?
Yes. Send me your songs for the first dance and the other special dances, for example with your parents, and I'll play them at the right moment of the evening.
How do we plan the music for our wedding?
Before the wedding, we talk on the phone or meet to go over the timeline of your day, your must-play songs and your special requests, in English if you prefer.
What equipment do you provide?
With the full package, I bring a complete sound system, a microphone and lighting. If your venue is already equipped, the DJ and MC package is enough: I check the on-site equipment with you ahead of time to make sure it's compatible.
Do you travel to Lévis and around Quebec City?
Yes, travel is included throughout the greater Quebec City area: Québec, Lévis, Beauport, Charlesbourg, Sainte-Foy, Cap-Rouge and L'Ancienne-Lorette. Include your reception venue in the quote form.
